Oops! I messed up already. I did not know that almond milk has carbs and sugar! Almighty J Lo I did not realize how many things that I was eating have a lot of carbs and a lot of sugar! Day three I feel like my stomach is definitely flatter and I feel pretty good. I am a little concerned about what to eat when I don’t know what to eat. ‘Twas Taco Bell. Now what, tofu? I’m a vegetarian on a low carb diet. Tricky. I’m figuring it out I just need to prep my food like my girl does in this picture.
